For customers whom we support on a regular basis, we offer consistent communication throughout normal office working hours. We invite clients directly to our project management software, where files can be shared, drawings discussed and screens shared to show CAD models.

This has proved to be a great success for ongoing support, where a unique discussion channel is created along with allocated designers / clients to talk directly.
