Once a Product Design is complete ready for manufacture it’s common for feedback to arise improving fitting sequences or part amendments. Individual part drawings can be revised to A,B,C making designs more efficient over time, it’s important that these changes are captured and files updated. We liaise directly with our customers to ensure 3D Models, Drawings, Bill of Materials, Flat Patterns are revised accordingly and old versions archived. Do you have a LinkedIn or Instagram profile for your company? We can provide 3D CAD Videos of your product showcasing the benefits with a 3D CAD Video, this can be any duration required and provided in High Definition.

With content required for Social Media posts we can also provide 3D Rendered Images from the same 3D Model, these can be taken at any camera angle to suit. Within Solidworks CAD software we can develop a product for your company, with the aim of producing drawings for approval or manufacture quickly and efficiently.
This has many benefits such as reducing possible human error (by removing repetitive tasks) and including complex equations to result in correct sized parts / tolerances. 3D Scanning Service

Do you have a Residential or Commercial property and drawings are required? Perhaps more accurate plans are needed or the layout is bespoke and difficult to measure?
Our Site Engineers can visit any location in the UK (or abroad if required) to Survey and 3D Scan your property, following which converting mesh data into a usable DWG file.

Design Changes

Once Products are progressed using Solidworks 3D CAD Software sometimes parts quantity can be 100+ depending if this is prototype or manufacture stage amendments usually happen.
It’s important that this change is communicated so old or archived parts are not manufactured. We are able to assist our customers by improving 3D CAD drawings over time and updating file structures.
This can include updated DXF flat patterns, PDF drawings, Solidworks parts, assemblies and Bill of Materials, one amendment can affect many drawings, let us help maintain your product revisions.
